Proposed Business Park at Leipzig Estate!

Leipzig Estate, in partnership with Leipzig Australia, has commenced the proposed rezoning of approximately 270 hectares of land for the development of a large-scale business park. A submission has been supplied to the South Australian Government, and we are progressing through the formal planning process for this proposed rezoning.
 

The proposal seeks to rezone the land to “Employment” zoning, which would facilitate the creation of up to 17 major industrial and commercial allotments. Several allotments have already been earmarked for key developments, including South Australia’s largest olive oil processing facility, 5MW solar + battery farm, workforce accommodation, and grain storage infrastructure.
